I am a Little Rock based nail tech/MUA in the downtown area who loves to make my clients feel relaxed, appreciated, and last but not least BEAUTIFUL! Here is a list of my rules at my shop please read carefully there will be no exceptions. 🌟Please do NOT book a service if you do not know what it is . Ask me if you don’t know . I will start charging at least 1/2 the cost of that service for having to change it 🌟Be deposit ready 🌟Once you book and pay your deposit it will be approved. 🌟 Deposits are always $25 BUT if you are booking multiple services it will be more 🌟Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE 🌟No extra guests please (that does mean children) 🌟Throw your trash away please 🌟Grace period is ONLY 10 minutes & in my seat ,anything after you WILL be charged a late fee of $15 and if you exceed 10 minutes you will have to reschedule and your late fee will still apply plus I will require a new deposit 🌟Utilize my booking site I pay for it for you to use it 🌟PLEASE NO ADD ON’S AT YOUR APPOINTMENT ! Book every service you need ahead of time. I’m already slow please don’t make me run into another client’s time. 🌟Know what you want before you get to the shop. It can easily take you over 30 min sitting in the chair to find a pic and that’s 30 minutes wasted . Please have more than one inspo pic bc there is no guarantee that I can do all designs . 🌟PLEASE DO NOT SURPRISE ME WITH NAILS THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE SOAKED OFF or repaired. Let me know ahead of time if a repair is needed. 🌟PLEASE BE STILL AFTER I HAVE PAINTED YOUR BASE COAT BC IF YOU GET LINT ON YOUR NAILS I’M NOT GOING TO CLEAN IT UP FOR YOU WHEN I ASKED YOU TO BE CAREFUL. 🌟Your nails take seconds to dry that phone can wait ‼️‼️ 🌟If you tell me to “do your thing” on your designs I will be charging you for a freestyle bc that’s exactly what that is 🌟If you’re getting makeup done for better application it really is better to have hair on the face removed . I am not at all trying to be funny . 🌟I AM NOT FAST ! I AM NOT FAST ! I AM NOT FAST !! Please schedule your day accordingly. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment . I do know life happens but I also have a business to run. You have a 10 minute grace period before appointments are cancelled. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE however if you must reschedule it will need to be 24 hrs in advance if not you forfeit your deposit and will need to book again and pay another deposit . There is a $15 late fee for anyone past the 10 minute grace period also. If you are 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled. Please no extra guests. Please be mindful of changing or adding on services after you have booked. I have scheduled appointments and that can cause you to run into another client’s time which is not fair to them. If this happens I will charge you an extra $20 because I would now have to take money off of their service for you making me run into their time . Thank you.
